I work one-on-one with driven individuals from all backgrounds who seek something more than what is currently offered in the fitness industry. You need a coach whose #1 priority is you, the individual. I care about your results, your happiness and am deeply invested in helping all of my clients achieve their goals.

I knew I wanted to grow up and become a coach as early as 4th grade (kinda weird, I know…). Before coaching, I swam competitively for 12 years and upon graduating in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science, I moved back to Austin to begin my journey coaching at the University of Texas at Austin under renowned S&C Coach, Todd Wright. In 2015, I became Director of Strength & Conditioning for Austin Aquatics & Sports Academy before founding River City Strength in 2018.

River City Strength is a summarization and continuation of that coaching journey; a confluence of personal experience in the trenches, proven strength and conditioning principles, and an ever-evolving toolbox of holistic lifestyle practices. RCS transcends the traditional in-person, personal training model and allows you to train around your life. Whether you live in Austin or Okinawa, the RCS system of coaching can meet you where you are, at any time of day.

Over the past 8 years, I have had the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clientele, from CEOs to high-level government officials, extreme outdoorsmen to Olympic Trialists, and everyone in between. In turn, I have come to understand that the only true “one size fits all” method that works is to develop a deep relationship with each client, based on trust and understanding.  Nearly a decade of coaching has exposed me to a wide variety of training philosophies and principles. It is my goal to share my knowledge and passion for health and fitness with you, and guide you to unlocking your maximum potential.

It all starts with one conversation.  During that conversation we'll dive deep into your personal situation, your history, and the future you want to see. We are open and honest, and we believe in getting directly to the heart of the issue. This type of coaching is not for everyone and during the Strategy Session you'll have a chance to see if we're the right option for you. This will also be an opportunity for us to see if you're fit for this program. Though we don't accept all new clients, we do our very best to make this Strategy Session useful and help you take your next steps toward reaching your goals.
